The Hibiki Harmony Blossom 2024 is a special release of Suntory's most popular blend, Hibiki, celebrated for its harmonious balance of malt and grain whiskies. Launched in 1989, this exquisite blend includes malt whisky from Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, as well as grain whisky from Chita. Developed by fourth generation chief blender Shinji Fukuyo, and overseen by third generation master blender Shingo Torii, the great-grandson of Suntory's founder, Hibiki represents a legacy of craftsmanship and innovation in Japanese whisky.
The Hibiki Harmony series, introduced in 2015, follows the discontinuation of the 12-year-old expression and stands as a non-age-statement whisky that has become the entry point to the Hibiki core range. The Hibiki Harmony Blossom 2024release is finished in sakura casks, crafted from Japanese cherry blossom trees, infusing the whisky with delicate floral notes. The 24-faceted bottle, representing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar, encapsulates the spirit of Japan's natural beauty and changing seasons.
