Nikka Whisky has announced on April 2022, the release of two new limited-edition single malt whiskies, the Single Malt Yoichi Grande and Single Malt Miyagikyo Grande. These exclusive bottles are exclusively available in Japan's travel retail market from April 12, 2022 on. Don't miss the chance to experience the unique and exquisite taste of these limited-edition Nikka Whiskies.

The latest addition to the Nikka Whisky family is the Yoichi Grande and Miyagikyo Grande. These limited edition whiskies showcase the unique characteristics of their respective regions and are aged to perfection to achieve a perfect balance of flavors. What sets these single malts apart is the use of more whiskies to showcase the unique character of each distillery. The Yoichi Grande features more of Yoichi's heavily peated whiskies and virgin oak-aged whiskies, while the Miyagikyo Grande boasts a higher portion of the distillery's sherry cask-aged malt and virgin oak-aged whiskies.

Yoichi Grande captures the essence of the rugged and scenic coast of northern Japan where it's crafted. Aged for an extended period, it boasts a complex flavor profile that is rich in smoky and peaty notes, followed by a subtle sweetness.

Miyagikyo Grande, on the other hand, showcases the beautiful landscape of Miyagi prefecture where it's crafted. With a delicate sweetness and a subtle smokiness, this exceptional spirit has a flavor profile that's characterized by floral and fruity notes.

Both Yoichi Grande and Miyagikyo Grande are limited edition travel retail products that are exclusively available in Japan, making them highly coveted finds for whisky enthusiasts. Discover the exquisite taste of Japan with these exceptional whiskies.
